The Skargaarden H55 Folding Lounge Chair was designed by Bjorn Hulten for the Swedish Helsingborg Exhibition of 1955, otherwise known as H55. With a minimum of materials--a teak frame and single panel of fabric or leather--it provides maximum comfort.
When you don’t have a lot of time to relax, making the most of that time becomes vitally important. Nowhere do they understand that better than in the cold, dark north of Gavle, Sweden, the home of Skargaarden. Inspired by the brevity of Swedish summers, Skargaarden outdoor furniture is designed to be just as warm and precious, enhancing whatever time you may have to do absolutely nothing.
